Witch Hazel

Native to the United States and Canada, where Native Americans traditionally used it on the skin, it is also widely grown in Italy for its astringent and soothing qualities. It has a comforting effect, helps support the look of the microcirculation and is excellent for refreshing tired looking eyes.

Coralline Algae

Helps improve the appearance of skin firmness and tone, supports collagen synthesis and helps reduce the look of orange peel texture.

Horse Chestnut

From this we obtain escin, known in cosmetics for its protective and antioxidant action on the look of the skin.

Ivy

Its extract has a soothing effect and helps tone the appearance of the microcirculation.

Kigelia Africana

Rich in flavonoids and phytosterols, it helps protect the look of the microcirculation, improves skin elasticity and helps redefine areas prone to loss of firmness, such as the neck.

Sunflower

Cranberry

Offers replenishing, smoothing, soothing and brightening properties, leaving skin soft and elastic.

Ximenia americana

Its Eyedren complex is made from a blend of amino acids and fatty acids delivered in microparticles, helping support the look of the microcirculation and reduce the appearance of puffiness around the eye area.

Rosa Centifolia

Known as the “painter’s rose” because it appears in so many works of art, this beautiful pink petalled flower originates from Holland. It has soothing and skin renewing properties and helps support the natural turnover process.

Elderflowers

Its water, obtained from elderflowers, was already known in the Middle Ages for its refreshing and purifying properties. Rich in vitamins, it is ideal for particularly delicate skin, helping to soothe and hydrate.

Aloe

Its extract is perfect for caring for the most delicate and sensitive skin thanks to its soothing and calming action. It is also a powerful moisturising, replenishing, purifying and ageing care ingredient.

Silk

Serine, a silk derived ingredient, helps support skin renewal. Peptides such as serine are tiny protein fragments which, when used in cosmetics, offer important benefits in helping maintain epidermal hydration. They have skin friendly, softening and humectant properties.

Hemp

Helps comfort irritated looking skin, reducing the look of redness, dryness and flaking. It is an excellent antioxidant and replenishing ingredient and helps keep skin feeling fresh and balanced.

Bilberry

Bilberry fruits contain polyphenols that help protect the look of visible capillaries and support an even looking complexion. Excellent for reducing the look of redness and soothing delicate, sensitive skin, it helps soften the appearance of surface capillaries for a more even tone.

Maple

The sap extracted from this wonderful tree offers multiple cosmetic benefits for the epidermis. It is antioxidant, nourishing, remineralising and ideal for ageing care, a precious ally for refreshing tired, dull looking skin.

Sugar Cane

The simple sugar obtained from cane has a strong ability to hold water, helping to deeply hydrate. Thanks to its natural glycolic acid content, it also helps keep skin soft and smooth.

Lavender

Lavender has moderate toning and skin balancing properties. Its distinctive fragrance is widely used in aromatherapy for its relaxing character.

Olive

Hyaluronic Acid

Helps reactivate and support the production of collagen and connective tissue, giving skin a firmer, more hydrated feel and helping limit the damaging effects of TEWL (Transepidermic Water Loss).

Lipoic Acid, Vitamin N

Known for its strong antioxidant activity, it has chelating properties, meaning it can bind to heavy metals to help reduce their harmful effects on the skin. It also works in synergy with Vitamins A and E to help counter free radicals.

Superoxide Dismutase

An enzyme that helps neutralise the “superoxide” radical triggered by UV rays, offering protective action deep within the skin’s cells. It provides powerful antioxidant action against free radicals stimulated by UV exposure and helps soothe the look of skin inflammation.

Phytosphingosines

They contribute to the protection of the epidermis by stimulating ceramide production in the stratum corneum, helping to support the skin barrier. They also have skin balancing and soothing properties.

Biomimetic Oligopeptides

They mimic the action of natural proteins, sending messages to the skin. Their botox like and filler like cosmetic action is excellent for promoting firmness and elasticity in the epidermis.

Glycerine

Naturally present in the epidermis, glycerine plays an important physiological role. Recent scientific studies show it is one of the key components of the Natural Moisturising Factor (NMF). A source of hydration, this cosmetic ingredient helps restore the epidermal barrier.

Gluconolactone

Highly hygroscopic, it offers deep hydration, gently smooths and helps replenish the epidermal skin barrier.

With a deeply replenishing action on the skin’s hydrolipidic film, this compound is ideal for particularly dry and dehydrated skin.

Vitamin C (Ascorbyl Palmitate)

This water soluble organic compound is naturally present and essential to the body. Here it is used as a cosmetic ingredient for its many qualities: it helps protect the skin from the visible effects of light exposure, supports collagen for a firmer looking texture and helps counter visible skin ageing.

Vitamin E (Tocopherol)

Has powerful antioxidant action.

Tripeptide-38

An oligopeptide that increases the look of epidermal plumpness. Considered one of the most advanced ageing care actives thanks to its low molecular weight.

Lactic Acid

Normally produced by the body, lactic acid reaches the epidermal surface through the sweat glands and is commonly used in cosmetics to give products an acidic pH. Recent observations suggest that the use of lactic acid in cosmetics can help leave skin more hydrated.

Y Oryzanol

Antioxidant and soothing, it is also used in cosmetics as a sunscreen filter.

D.M.A.E. (Dimethylaminoethanol Tartrate)

A strongly antioxidant complex that helps protect the epidermis from free radical aggression while supporting collagen fibre production. It has an important skin friendly action and helps replenish the hydrolipidic film.

ProVitamin B5, Panthenol

With replenishing and soothing action, this functional ingredient helps restore the epidermis’ natural barrier and helps protect it from the look of redness, itching sensations and dehydration.

Ceramides

Often called the “cement of the skin” thanks to their ability to fill the spaces between cells. As skin tends to become thinner with age, cosmetic support becomes essential.

Vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate)

This ingredient combines a Vitamin A molecule with Palmitic Acid, derived from palm oil, and penetrates easily into the skin, helping reduce the look of wrinkle depth, smooth, firm and improve the appearance of skin thickness. On the skin, Vitamin A has a protective and normalising action, helping maintain the delicate hydrolipidic layer on the surface, which can often be disrupted by excessive washing or unsuitable cleansers. It has no photosensitising action.

Acetyl Tyrosine + ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate)

With action that supports melanin synthesis, this amino acid helps the body respond to various types of stress.
