Vitamin C (Ascorbyl Palmitate – Citric Acid): this water-soluble organic compound is of vital importance, present in nature and must be introduced into the body regularly through food; in this case it is used as a cosmetic ingredient due to its innumerable qualities, in fact, it is able to photoprotect the skin, activate the collagen protein by compacting the tissue and, last but not least, effectively counteracts skin aging.
