Urea (Imidazolidinyl Urea): humectant and keratolic, it is able to recreate the right condition of skin hydration by promoting the elimination of the superficial layer of dead cells. It is able to retain water molecules in the epidermis up to the deepest layers, it is very useful for dehydrated, dry, chapped skin. Furthermore, being able to remove dead cells, it gives smoothness, vitality and softness to the skin.
Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii Butter ): of sub-Saharan origin, this plant is also called the "tree of youth". The butter is obtained from a particular processing of the seeds. It has multiple properties, distinctly nutritious, it is also a valid aid for better dealing with atmospheric agents such as the sun and the wind, it helps to prevent the appearance of fissures, it stimulates healing, it is an antioxidant thanks to the important presence of vitamin E.
Glycerin (Glycerin): also naturally present in the epidermis, it plays a very important physiological role as recent scientific studies have shown that glycerin is one of the most important components of the Natural Hydration Factor (NMF). Source of hydration, this cosmetic ingredient reconstitutes the epidermal barrier.
Gluconolactone (Gluconolactone): highly hygroscopic, it has deep hydration capacity, gently smoothes and regenerates the epidermal skin barrier.
Oak Aqueous Extract (Quercus Robur Extract): an extract rich in active ingredients is obtained from the meristems (undifferentiated tissues) of the oak roots which in the cosmetic sector is used against damage caused by the sun, wind, dust and atmospheric agents in general. It is also particularly suitable for malnourished skin (especially lack of fruit and vegetables), dehydrated, lacking in tone.
Sweet Almond Oil (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis oil): this precious oil integrates perfectly with the skin hydrolipidic film helping to decrease TEWL (transepidermal water loss), it also has an emollient and soothing action. Suitable for all skin types, even the most delicate ones.
Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate): performs a powerful antioxidant action, participates in the proper functioning of connective tissues, has moisturising, soothing and protective characteristics. Vitamin E also helps decrease water loss through transpiration (TEWL).
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid): widely used as a cosmetic ingredient due to its innumerable qualities, it is able to photoprotect the skin, activate the collagen protein by compacting the tissue and, last but not least, effectively counteracts skin aging.
