leggings: first put on the soaked leggings, then the cartene trousers. After 40-60 minutes of application, remove both cartene and tights, allow any residues to be absorbed by massaging the area until completely absorbed. After each use, rinse the leggings with warm water and let them dry naturally to be able to reuse them up to three times.

How to use refill : refill valid for two uses (2nd - 3rd treatment). Pour half the contents of the bottle into the bag containing the washed and dried pantyhose. When the pantyhose is well impregnated with gel, it will be ready to be reused.

How to use cream: apply a generous amount of cream on the areas affected by the atony, massaging with fast and energetic movements until completely absorbed. The maneuvers must always be performed from top to bottom and from the periphery of the body towards the heart.
